Refund policy

The MGL Collection DOES NOT offer any returns or refunds due to COVID-19 to keep ourselves and our customers safe. All items are final sale. We take pride in carefully packing orders to ensure it is received in it's best condition. If by any chance your merchandise arrives damaged please notify us right away upon receiving your merchandise at themglcollection@gmail.com with order number and a photo of the item. 

The MGL Collection is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please keep in mind that once we ship out your order it is out of our hands and now USPS responsibility, If by any chance you run into such issues you must file a case with USPS.
